Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern purchases made through Trekvrmx™ and explain the commercial relationship between the customer and the business operating our store.

Trekvrmx™ is owned and operated by Shenzhen Xianmaitong Technology Co., Ltd. Shenzhen Xianmaitong Technology Co., Ltd. is the seller of record for purchases made through the Trekvrmx™ store.

Please review these terms together with the product information displayed at the time of purchase and our applicable Shipping & Delivery Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy.

Products & Handmade Character

Trekvrmx™ offers creative goods including botanical keepsakes, illustrated art, paper goods, journal accessories, handcrafted or hand-finished pieces, and related products.

We aim to describe each item accurately, including its dimensions, materials, style, included components, and available variations where applicable.

Because some pieces incorporate natural botanical material, handcrafted assembly, hand-finishing, or art-based production, reasonable differences may occur between individual pieces. Slight variations in botanical placement, texture, shape, printed tone, or handmade detail can be part of the individual character of the product rather than a defect.

This does not limit your rights if an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from its description.

Prices & Payment

Prices are displayed in United States Dollars (USD) unless another currency or treatment is expressly shown during checkout.

The price applicable to an order is the price presented during checkout before the purchase is submitted, together with any shipping charges, discounts, and applicable taxes or other amounts displayed at that stage.

Available payment methods are shown at checkout and may include PayPal and supported credit or debit card options.

Payment must be successfully authorized or otherwise confirmed before an order can proceed through fulfillment. Additional information about checkout methods is available on our Payment & Checkout page.

Placing an Order

Submitting checkout information constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.

After an order is placed, you may receive an electronic confirmation acknowledging that we have received it. We may perform reasonable payment, inventory, address, fraud-prevention, or order-verification checks before fulfillment.

In unusual circumstances, we may be unable to accept or fulfill an order because of inventory error, an obvious pricing or listing error, payment failure, suspected fraudulent activity, delivery restrictions, or another legitimate operational reason.

If we cancel an order after payment has been successfully collected and no substitute arrangement is agreed upon, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to correct your delivery information or request cancellation, email service@trekvrmx.com within 12 hours of placing the order.

We will review the request according to the order's current fulfillment status.

A request submitted within the 12-hour period does not guarantee cancellation if preparation or fulfillment has already progressed to a stage where the requested change cannot reasonably be completed.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled as an unshipped order. Eligible products may instead be handled under our Returns & Refunds Policy after delivery.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are generally processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. During holidays, promotional periods, or unusually high order volumes, processing may take up to 6 business days.

Standard shipping currently follows these terms:

• Orders under $48 USD: $4.50 standard shipping

• Orders of $48 USD or more: Free standard shipping

Estimated delivery after dispatch is generally:

Depending on the product, inventory, and delivery destination, orders may be prepared through our own or partner fulfillment facilities. Shipping origin can therefore vary.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Carrier conditions, customs procedures, weather, local holidays, and other circumstances can affect transit time.

International Orders

Orders delivered internationally may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs procedures, or charges imposed by the destination jurisdiction.

Where such charges are not collected at checkout, they may be assessed separately by local authorities or the carrier and are generally the recipient's responsibility.

This does not transfer responsibility to the customer for an incorrect order, qualifying product defect, or other matter for which Trekvrmx™ is responsible under our policies or applicable law.

Returns

Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery, subject to the conditions stated in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

For a standard preference-based return, the product should generally be unused, remain in its original condition, and include its original packaging and essential components. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs associated with an eligible preference-based return.

Certain personalized, made-to-order, used, altered, or properly disclosed final-sale items may be subject to return restrictions where permitted by law.

All returns must first be requested through service@trekvrmx.com. Once approved, we will provide the appropriate return instructions and return warehouse address.

Do not send merchandise to our business registration address unless customer support specifically instructs you to do so.

Incorrect, Damaged or Defective Products

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the product description, contact us with your order number and appropriate supporting information, such as photographs where relevant.

After reviewing an eligible claim, Trekvrmx™ will provide an appropriate replacement, refund, authorized return, or other reasonable resolution at no additional cost to the customer.

A customer will not be required to bear return or replacement shipping costs arising from an eligible error attributable to us or a qualifying product issue.

Refunds

Authorized returns are inspected after receipt.

Once a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Banks, card issuers, and payment providers may require additional processing time before the refunded amount becomes visible in the customer's account.

Accuracy of Order Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information during checkout, including recipient name, delivery address, contact details, and selected product options.

If you discover an error after ordering, contact us promptly. We will make reasonable efforts to assist before fulfillment progresses too far for the requested correction.

Nothing in this provision permits us to avoid responsibility for an error caused by Trekvrmx™ or its fulfillment process.

Consumer Rights

These Terms are intended to establish clear and workable transaction rules, not to remove rights that customers are entitled to under applicable consumer law.

Where a mandatory law applicable to your purchase provides protections that cannot legally be waived or limited by contract, those protections will continue to apply.

If one provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that does not automatically make the remaining provisions unenforceable.
